RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

ONLINE PURCHASES

Within 7 days of purchase, you can return your item(s) and receive a full credit as long as the conditions below are met.


STORE AND RESELLER PURCHASES

Purchases made through our Partner stores or through Resellers are not eligible for return to us. You are requested to speak to the same retailer or Reseller you bought the product from.

You can receive a full refund within 7 days from the shipping date.

HOW TO MAIL IN YOUR RETURN

If you would like to return or exchange your purchase, kindly contact our Customer Care team customerservice@thelirio.com and we will email you with a return authorization and further instructions. Items returned without a proper return approval or with the incorrect declaration will be refused.

The original shipping charge is non-refundable. Additionally, we do not provide return labels; the cost to ship the items for a refund is to be covered by the purchaser wishing for a refund.


REFUNDS

Returns take us 2-3 business days to process upon reaching us. Once your return is processed and your refund is issued, you will receive a refund confirmation email. Depending on your banking provider, refunds can take up to 3-5 business days to reflect on your credit card account.

For all returns or exchanges:

Items must not be worn.

You must present a valid order number.

Subject to an authenticity verification inspection by our team.

The Lirio reserves the right to refuse returned products that have been used, worn or altered in any way.
All original packaging in original condition must be included in your return.
